Located at the threshold between urban environment and bay marshland ecology, the site logic abstract and reveal a clearly constructed landscape. From the city, art and process are illuminated, from the bay, ecology and green are visible. Programmable spaces allow outdoor performances in an amphitheater, cook-outs in a grove, projection mapping in a wild meadow, cafe & gallery on bedrock, all with the ground plane permitting flooding during storms revealing new shapes and patterns above the ebb and flow marshland.
